Announcement on PMH & NREV collaboration on Hong Hac City – Phu My Hung Hanoi Sales Gallery Opening

On October 3rd, Phu My Hung officially opened its new real estate transaction office in Tay Ho, Hanoi, marking a key milestone in its expansion to Northern Vietnam.

Together, the two companies will co-develop. Hong Hac City, a large-scale urban township in Bac Ninh Province with a total investment of approximately 27,000 billion VND (around 285 billion yen).

Covering more than 200 hectares, Hong Hac City is designed to be a modern, green, and fully integrated township. The development will feature nearly 2,850 residential units, featuring semi-detached villas, shophouses, and terraced townhouses, alongside “all-in-one” amenities including parks, schools, healthcare, and commercial centers. Our vision is to build a vibrant, high-quality community that meets the growing demand for well-planned living spaces in the greater Hanoi area.

For Nomura, this is the largest project it has undertaken in Vietnam. With nearly 70 years of experience in real estate development across Japan and Asia, Nomura brings international expertise and a strong commitment to sustainable urban planning. Phu My Hung, meanwhile, is one of Vietnam’s most prestige developers, known for its successful transformation of South Saigon into a thriving urban area.

The partnership is built on shared values: quality, sustainability, and long-term vision. Hong Hac City is not just about building homes, it’s about creating a place where families can grow, businesses can thrive, and communities can flourish.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nobuaki Higashi, General Director of Nomura Real Estate Vietnam, shared:

“Ten years ago, Nomura Real Estate Vietnam took its first step into the Vietnamese market through a partnership with Phu My Hung. That moment marked the beginning of a meaningful journey—one built on trust, shared values, and a commitment to sustainable growth.
This isn’t just Phu My Hung’s first project in Northern Vietnam, it’s also the start of a new chapter in our long-term collaboration. Together, we aim to bring lasting value and a high-quality living experience to the communities we serve.”

As Vietnam continues to urbanize, especially in the North, Hong Hac City is set to become a benchmark for future developments. For Nomura, this partnership is a meaningful step forward in its journey to contribute to Vietnam’s urban transformation.

At Nomura, we take pride in being part of building a truly livable community and shaping the future of urban life in Vietnam.
