Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (Nomura) is one of the largest and most prestigious real estate development corporations in Japan. Since its establishment in 1957, Nomura has continued to grow and expand, becoming a leading corporation with many high-end real estate products that have resonated domestically and internationally.
Nomura entered the Vietnamese market in 2015 by participating in its first project, “The Peak (Phu My Hung Midtown)” in Ho Chi Minh City. In 2019, Nomura Real Estate Vietnam Co., Ltd. (NREV) was established, and over the past decade, the company has steadily grown its real estate business in Vietnam.
In addition to Ho Chi Minh City, NREV is also expanding its presence in Northern Vietnam, including key cities such as Hanoi and Hai Phong.
