This project marks Nomura Real Estate Development’s first venture since resuming its overseas business. We have jointly developed a total of 2,439 residential units with several partner enterprises in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
The project site is located in a significant development, emphasizing a lush green environment and high safety, and is recognized as one of Southeast Asia’s leading high-end residential areas. This extensive development spans 409 hectares, accommodating approximately 16,000 households and a population of about 40,000 residents. It is an environmentally conscious and beautiful large-scale real estate development area, attracting a significant number of expatriates, including Japanese residents. The project combines convenience and comfort, featuring commercial facilities, a general hospital, and multiple foreign and international schools.
