This project is in a large-scale, mixed-use urban development underway on Vu Yen Island in Hai Phong City, northeastern Vietnam, covering a total area of approximately 877 hectares and comprising approximately 8,300 units. Nomura Real Estate is We are participating as a lead developer for approximately 3,000 residential units within this project, which is led by Vinhomes, the largest real estate developer in Vietnam.
In Phase 2, which Nomura Real Estate we additionally joined in 2024, plans are progressing to develop approximately 1,450 residential units on a site spanning about 26 hectares. This new district, adjacent to Phase 1, will feature a diverse range of housing types, including villas, semi-detached villas, and townhouses, characterized by a design that harmonizes with nature.
Within the district, 13 parks and artificial ponds will be developed. Additionally, a convention center equipped with a hospital, schools, and commercial facilities is planned to open in the central area. Leveraging the achievements from Phase 1, Nomura Real Estate we will continue to deliver new value to the region through residential development focused on quality and design.
