Establishing NOMURA REAL ESTATE VIETNAM – Hanoi Branch

Nomura Real Estate Holdings, Inc. (Head office: Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, President and Representative Director: Eiji Kutsukake, hereinafter “Nomura”) hereby announces the establishment of the Hanoi Branch of NOMURA REAL ESTATE VIETNAM CO., LTD. (Head office: Ho Chi Minh City, General Director: Masaki Yoda, hereinafter “NREV”), an overseas consolidated subsidiary in Vietnam.

Positioning Vietnam as a country of particular importance, Nomura established NREV,¹ in Ho Chi Minh City in July 2019, which has been working on condominium housing and office building projects. In 2020, Nomura participated in a condominium housing project called the Ecopark Project² as its first project in the Hanoi area, and Nomura aims to contribute to further enhancing the project’s added value by engaging in the project from the planning and design stages by utilizing the housing business insight …

Based on the local business structure that has been further enhanced by the recent establishment of the Hanoi Branch in the capital city, Nomura will work to accelerate development in the two major metropolitan areas by continuing to participate in new development/investment projects in the rapidly developing country of Vietnam.
