This project is a large-scale township development covering 271 hectares in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We have participated in this project, which aims to create a comprehensive urban center with over 20,000 residential units across its second and third phases. The development features diverse facilities, including residential buildings, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and commercial amenities, designed to support a vibrant and comfortable urban lifestyle.
Our involvement in the Grand Park Project began with the second phase in 2020, developing a total of 10,926 units across 21 buildings. We continued our participation in the third phase in 2023, where we are involved in a condominium housing block comprising 9,674 units. Sales for the final block were launched in December 2023. Through our continued participation, we are contributing to the development of this significant urban area in Ho Chi Minh City, focusing on delivering high-quality residential spaces within a well-planned community.
