This project is in a large-scale, mixed-use urban development underway on Vu Yen Island in Hai Phong City, northeastern Vietnam, covering a total area of approximately 877 hectares and comprising approximately 8,300 units. Nomura Real Estate is We are participating as a lead developer for approximately 3,000 residential units within this project, which is led by Vinhomes, the largest real estate developer in Vietnam.
In Phase 1, which Nomura Real Estate we joined in June 2024, approximately 1,550 residential units are being developed on a site spanning about 24 hectares. This district, primarily featuring detached houses (villas) and townhouses, incorporates quality control and design elements cultivated through our housing development experience in Japan. The urban landscape design, overseen by renowned architect Kengo Kuma, has been well-received for its harmony with nature and utilization of local characteristics, leading to strong sales performance.
