KAIZEN Activities aimed at solving local social problems

In today’s world, where it is becoming more difficult to play outside during the day due
to the effects of global warming, we aim to provide a public space at night where people of all ages can enjoy themselves safely and securely.

Purpose: We set up temporary parks called “Night Parks” in projects where we are involved. In addition to promoting the daily use of public spaces by residents, we also hold workshops to foster local communities.

Daytime and nighttime views of our Grand Park: Nighttime public spaces will be an important social issue in urban development going forward.

The goal was to create a “third place” between work and the office, where residents could easily drop by at night.
Gardening workshop: Residents set up planting pots with their names on them in the park.
