Nomura Real Estate Vietnam is proud to announce that “Youth Park” at Vu Yen Royal Island’s KOMOREBI area has received SITES® PreCertification — the first project in Vietnam to achieve this milestone — under the globally recognized rating system for sustainable landscape development administered by Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).

This milestone represents a significant achievement not only for the project itself, but also for the advancement of sustainable landscape development practices in Vietnam. The SITES® PreCertification recognizes projects that demonstrate a strong commitment to sustainability at the planning and design stage, prior to project completion.

From the early planning stage of Youth Park, Nomura Real Estate Vietnam was deeply involved in shaping an environmentally conscious design approach. Sustainable considerations were integrated into the park’s concept and design, including the use of native Vietnamese plant species, the selection of recycled sourced materials etc. These efforts reflect a commitment to minimizing environmental impact while creating a highquality and inclusive public green space.

Also, Nomura Real Estate Vietnam has continued to actively promote Youth Park’s sustainable values after completion. On April 2026, we organized a community yoga session to activate the park’s public amenities and foster a sense of connection within the local community. This initiative plays an important role in enhancing environmental awareness and residents’ well-being, ensuring that Youth Park continues to serve as a vibrant and sustainable asset for the KOMOREBI area.
