KAIZEN in Academic-Industry Collaboration
Conducted joint research with top local architecture schools: Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, Hanoi University of Architecture, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture. We created an environmentally friendly design that incorporated the natural environment, while also reconstructing Japanese elements to suit local tastes, resulting in a distinctive modern Japanese design.
Purpose: Aiming to create localized products that take Vietnamese culture and lifestyle into consideration.

An international workshop themed "Living with Nature" was held for architecture students from University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City (UAH) and Japan Women's University (JWU).
A lecture by Kengo Kuma, a renowned Japanese architect and university professor, was held at the Hanoi Architectural University (HAU), with over 500 attendees.
