The Nomura Real Estate Group is developing its business in fast-growing countries such as Vietnam, Thailand, China, and the Philippines, while building a continuous business system more deeply rooted in the local market by forming partnerships with excellent companies in each country. In addition to business expansion in countries where we have already established a presence, we have entered the office development business in the U.K. from 2021 and the rental housing development business in the U.S. from 2022. We will strengthen our overall overseas business portfolio by developing businesses in new countries. We provide value-added products and services by deciphering the potential needs of each country by leveraging our expertise in development, operation, and real estate-related services cultivated in Japan, as well as our unique market-in approach.
