KAIZEN in How We Design
To maximize the river view of the units, a unique tri-star shape was adopted for the tower. The design was also inspired by the traditional Vietnamese landscape of rice terraces
A large river, a favorite among Vietnamese people, flows on the east side of the site, and the plan made the most of this location, aiming for a soft-looking facade that blends in with the lush greenery of the street trees.
Inspiration Behind Our Design
Our design approach begins with nature, culture, and the way people live.
Optimize the layout to expand the view of the lake and reduce the western exposure.
Initially, the layout limited the view of the lake. By rearranging the building structure to be more flexible, we can enhance the lake view and green spaces while also reducing the number of west-facing units.
Facade design inspired by Vietnamese rice terraces
The stepped façade design reflects the rhythm of terraced rice fields, creating a dynamic silhouette that changes with light and perspective.
