We developed the a villa with a unique “Authentic Japanese Design” with the following steps, collaborating with renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma by applying distinctive roof shapes, kawara finished eaves and natural materials.

Delivering an Authentic Japanese Design Concept to Vietnam
We implement our design based on the following steps to realize a truly authentic Japanese design concept:
Step 1. Understanding Vietnamese needs
Through industry-academia collaboration, we have gained deep insights into Vietnamese preferences in design and spatial planning. This enables us to create layouts and living spaces that truly resonate with local lifestyles.
Step 2. Design
Combining the design excellence of Kengo Kuma & Associates (KKAA) with our extensive local knowledge in Vietnam, we developed our product concept. By integrating essential Japanese design elements, we deliver spaces that embody simplicity, harmony, and refined aesthetics.

Step 3. Construction
Even for complex architectural designs, we ensure constructability without relying on highly specialized craftsmen.
Through structured training of local workers, we achieve consistent quality and elevate construction standards on-site.
Step 4. Deliver to customer
To introduce and establish this “authentic Japanese design concept” in the Vietnamese market, we implement the following strategies:
We propose project names and logos that intuitively convey the Japanese concept, creating a strong and recognizable brand identity.
We organize dedicated workshops for sales agencies to deepen their understanding of the product concept, design philosophy, and planning approach.
We develop sales approaches that allow customers to directly experience the essence of Japanese design, enhancing engagement and emotional connection.
